This flight metasearch is operated by Avia.ge. These terms cover what the service does, what it does not do, and what you can expect from us.
What Avia.ge is
Avia.ge compares fares that airlines and travel agents publish, and sends you to whichever one you choose. We are a comparison service, not a travel agency.
We do not sell tickets
Every booking is completed on the provider’s own site, under their terms. Your contract, payment, ticket and confirmation all come from them. Avia.ge is not a party to it, holds no money, and issues no tickets.
Prices
- Fares come from our partners and change constantly.
- The price shown is what the provider reported when we last checked. It can differ by the time you reach their site, most often because the cheapest seats have sold.
- Baggage, seat selection and changes are priced by the provider and are not always included in the fare shown.
What we ask of you
- Use the site for your own travel research.
- Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt it.
- Check the provider’s own terms before you pay.
Limits
We work to keep prices and availability accurate but cannot guarantee them, because they are not ours. We are not responsible for a provider’s service, a cancelled or delayed flight, or a booking made on their site. Claims about a booking go to the provider who took it.
Sponsored results and partner links
The flight list carries a block of sponsored links served by Google and a banner for Aviaesim, the eSIM shop run by the same company as this site. Both are marked “Sponsored”, are never mixed into the fare ranking, and lead to sites with their own terms. Banners for Flyhelp and Avia.ge tours in the booking view are likewise links to separate services.
Availability
We aim to keep Avia.ge available around the clock but do not guarantee it. Searches depend on our flight data partner and on the providers answering; when they do not, a search can return fewer results or none. Our partner limits each visitor to a fair number of searches per hour, and a visitor who hits that limit is told so and can search again shortly after.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and code of this site belong to Avia.ge. Airline names and logos belong to the airlines and are used to identify their flights. You may link to any page of this site, including search results, but may not reproduce the fare data or frame the site elsewhere.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, where Avia.ge is established. Where local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be limited, those rights are unaffected. Any dispute we cannot settle by email is heard by the courts of Tbilisi.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
